What's Next?

Yep. I get it—almost a year in limbo.

But here's the happy news: we've had a global attitude adjustment, and there is a collective longing for what's next.

The world is primed for your great idea.

You gotta turn this around and see what's really going on here.

Here's the truth: there you are, clearer than ever about what you don't want. Which means you definitely know what you do want.

If you feel stuck, let that sink in.

Because that person you are deep inside--those dreams and goals and longings--hasn't gone away. You've only grown stronger and more defined.

So, what's next?

Take action. Now.

Forget for a moment the doomscrolling images that are clouding what's really happening for you.

Because all the crap the world has gone through has led to something earth-shaking. Ready for this?

Welcome to the greatest renaissance humankind has ever known. Everything is about to explode: culture, art, music, entrepreneurship, technology, altruism.

Baby, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Feel better?

Great. Now take this action:

Think. Get your frickin' head on straight and think big.

I've been working with people who have gone through the most challenging things in life for almost twenty years now. They are the brightest stars just waiting to shower what they've learned and talent on the world, just like you.

Feel like you're losing your mind? Those debilitating thoughts and out-of-control emotions can be indicators of one thing: you are ready to take what you've learned and share it with others.

Don't be a big person trapped inside a tiny mind.

Get into a place of higher thinking, my friend. You feel awful because you've become so much more than your environment allows.

Give yourself that stamp of approval and get on it.

Stand up for yourself and what you have to give to the world.

You are different. Good.

The success stories are about to be the people who figured out how to do something new--something different. Even if your idea to save the world offers a solution to a "traditional" problem--what you've learned and your talents are unique, and people need you.

Create while you wait, yo.

/yō/ exclamation .Used to greet someone, attract their attention, or express excitement.

Now is the time to make a plan.

But you get tripped up because that head of yours keeps defaulting to all the reasons you can't have what you want.

Stop it.

You can do this.

You just need a few tools to help you think it through and organize it. And encouragement to keep going. Because when you create something unique, there is no roadmap. That's the point of it all--you figure it out along the way. Just like you've always done. Right?
