I can help.

Psychedelic integration begins with identifying a need to relieve suffering, discover a new truth, or change a mindset. Safe, supervised travel is best undertaken when an intention is set. The environment should also be set for calm insights to flow. Optimally, one needs to process the experience with an accomplished guide or coach.

We can talk in person or remotely.

This is for you.

It all begins with a need for relief or insight. Maybe you have gone through something devastating, maybe you have a problem to solve, or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world but don’t know where to start. Whatever it is, the way you set your intention and process the psychedelic experience can make all the difference in the world.

Happiness is within reach.

As one with a low happiness baseline, I have practiced many skills and taken medication to help me feel better. For over twenty years, I have worked with clients with challenging mental health diagnoses and also creative achievers wanting to understand more.

Psychedelics have been a medicine that has changed my life by relieving depression and anxiety, changing my mindset, and giving me mind-blowing insights and A-HA moments.

While neuroplasticity increases from the medicine and is nothing less than miraculous, integrating and processing the experience can be positively life-changing. Moreover, leaving one’s mind through a trip can be unsettling and needs to be supported.

Some have had “bad trips” that have left them anxious or worse, and these individuals need special support.

Psychedelics meet us where we are and teach us things. However, the mind may not readily comprehend the symbols, imagery, shapes, colors, and thoughts experienced on a psychedelic trip. To fully understand the experience, it is best to sort through these with an experienced guide.

With the FDA and soaring funding looking at everything from Ketamine to MDMA, there is a great need for an accomplished guide to help set intentions and process the experience.

That is where I come in :)
